  謹賀新年. Although I didn't write you for a long time, I haven't forgotten you. I hope that your
  health is very well despite of the very cold weather (寒波) : I saw 2 times your city Tsukuba and its
  station and Tsukuba san (876 m) with a lot of tourists. However I saw on NHK Ibaraki ken (& Tochigi ken)
  with 女児殺害 : horrible case like this with the Peruvian foreigner in Hiroshima.
  
  I saw yours different reports with photos. I admired yours splendid photos of your travel in the
  south of Hokkaidou in November 12 & 13. I like very much the photos of Shikotsu & Touya lakes which
  belong to a National Park. Yes, Hakodate is a very beautiful city dominated by a mountain which offers a
  splendid panoramic view with a sunny weather. I admired your photo by night of this strange city (夜景).
  I was surprised to see a catholic church with Our Lady on yours photos. 五稜郭 is a splendid fortress,
  stronghold and your view of Hakodate minato at the foot of the hill is beautiful. Of course, I saw the
  other short reports. I am very impressed by the heavy snow (大雪) in Touhoku, Kantou & Kinki. I suppose
  that you took your 冬休み and made ski.

  It is very cold and there is much snow this winter.
  It is good for skiing that much snow falls.
  However, since there is also an area which has suffered damage from heavy snow, it is not good.
  
  
  Of course, I want to take many good photographs this year also. Please expect. :-)
